摘要
A new type of Bronsted acidic ionic liquid was synthesized by two-step method, in which the viscosity and density were measured. The optimal conditions for gasoline desulfurization, and the desulfurization capacity and regenerative capacity of the ionic liquids were investigated. The results show that the density and viscosity of the synthesized ionic liquids are negatively correlated with the temperature and closely related to different branch length of cations. It is also found that the optimum desulfurization conditions are that temperature is 40 ℃, the ratio of agent to oil is 1:5, and the extraction time is 40 min, through which the thiophene from model gasoline could be removed almost 85% after 3-stage desulfurization. In addition, after five times multi-stage extraction, the recovery efficiency of the ionic liquids is 26.0%, and the desulfurization efficiency of regenerated [Omim][SCN] can reach 82.1%. 83.7% thiophene in the model gasoline can be removed when using the combination of [Omim][SCN] and sulfolane. © 2019, Periodical Office of China University of Petroleum.
