摘要
Accumulator is an important component in the hydraulic power take-off (PTO) system for wave power generation. Reasonable selection and setting of the accumulator parameters can obviously improve PTO system operation stability. A bladder-accumulator-pipeline dynamic model is established against the PTO system for pendulum wave power generation. The relevant parameters influencing accumulator characteristic are analyzed. By the simulation in AMESim, the model's parameters are optimized. The consistency of theoretical analysis and simulation results was verified by prototype model test. The results show that the accumulator with optimal parameters can significantly improve PTO system operation stability; its optimal nominal volume slightly exceeds minimum makeup oil volume; its optimal precharge pressure is approximately 90% of rated pressure; the length of connecting pipeline should not be too long; the diameter of connecting pipeline has little effect on the system pressure response and its setting only needs to satisfy the flow demand. © 2019, The Editorial Board of Journal of Basic Science and Engineering.
