摘要
Considering double-wrap scroll compressor with directly truncated scroll wraps, the geometrical model of existing teeth head modification of double arcs of which was established and the correctness of which was verified, the relationships between the terminal orbiting angle, theoretical starting discharge angle and the modification spread angle were deduced, and the theoretical calculation expression of internal compression ratio was obtained accurately. The influences of profile and modification parameters on the teeth head modification performance were discussed quantitatively, and it was found that there was an obvious conflicting relationship between these performances.A multi-objective optimization analysis model with axial projected area of the modified scroll teeth, the modified area coefficient and internal compression ratio as goals was established, the solving performance indicators and differences of three kinds of multi-objective optimization algorithms were compared, and the relationships among three groups of non-inferior solution sets and the feasible region of the objective functions were analyzed. Results show that GA (genetic algorithm)like algorithms are more suitable for this model, and all performances are improved compared with directly truncated scroll wraps under the condition of large displacement. © 2023 Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
