In recent years, in the practice of the whole process engineering consultation, the problems such as the lack of business collaboration and the fragmented development of various disciplines have gradually exposed. How to systematically improve the core competence of the whole process engineering consulting has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzed the interaction between the knowledge value chain and the whole process engineering consulting core competence. Based on the system dynamics method, the relationship between the knowledge value chain and the whole process engineering consulting core competence was simulated and analyzed. The mechanism of the knowledge value chain on the core competence of the whole process engineering consultation was obtained, which aims to improve the service level of the whole process engineering consultation.
