摘要
To solve the problem of equipment maintenance decision in mass production enterprises when they were faced with different orders from different customers, a maintenance strategy model based on customer satisfaction was proposed. Gamma distribution was used to describe the accelerated deterioration process of equipment, and the functional relationship between product quality and equipment failure rate was given. In combination with the equipment failure rate and maintenance threshold after the end of a single batch production, the maintenance strategy and maintenance method were determined. Taking preventive maintenance threshold, quality replacement threshold and batch production size as decision variables, the equipment operation cost model and satisfaction model were built respectively, and the total cost model was obtained after summation. The whale algorithm was used to find the optimal solution of the model, the actual effectiveness of the model was verified by an example, and the sensitivity analysis of each cost parameter in the model was carried out. © 2023 CIMS.
