摘要
In order to meet the output ripple requirements of space detectors such as mass spectrometers and energetic particle detectors, a low power consumption, low-ripple, adjustable high voltage DC power supply with a maximum output voltage of 10 kV are designed. A Royer inverter and voltage doubler rectifier circuit are used in the design. A feedback loop is adopted to make the ripple voltage less than 2 V peak-to-peak. A 51 series single-chip microcomputer is also used to control the output voltage and monitor the operating status of the power supply. In addition to the design of schematics, other measures to reduce output voltage ripple are also proposed. The test results show that the high voltage power supply has the characteristics of stable and adjustable output voltage and low ripple, which can meet the basic performance requirements of high voltage power supply for space detectors. © 2024 Peking University.
