摘要
Facing the energy transformation goals in wind-rich or coal-rich areas, the research results and existing problems of wind-hydrogen-coal energy system (WHCES) are summarized. Based on this, the basic concept and overall framework of generalized wind-hydrogen-coal energy system (G-WHCES) are proposed. The difference between G-WHCES and WHCES is compared on primary energy side, secondary energy side and load side. Facing the energy transformation strategy in wind-rich or coal-rich areas, the needs and applications of G-WHCES are summarized. In the case of high renewable energy penetration and insufficient regulating resource, the main challenges in the development of G-WHCES are proposed. The results indicate that more focus should be concentrated on the operation efficiency and system stability and the prospects of scientific and technological issues for G-WHCES are given on the system structure design, planning and control, key sub-system design and system integration. © 2019 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
