摘要
To solve the management problems caused by the system integration in the construction and operation of high-speed railway in the new era, such as numerous elements, dynamic changes and close linkages between different parts of the integral system, a modulus-driven and axis-plane coordinated model of intelligent high-speed railway construction and operation management system is constructed. The optimal design of static cross-sections that can describe the collaboration between different majors, satisfy external requirements and interact with the external environment is illustrated. The system goals of dynamic optimization throughout the life cycle are presented. Then a double helix integration promotion model for high-speed railway systems and information systems is designed, and the mechanism of improving the management efficiency of intelligent high-speed railway systems is investigated. Furthermore, a three-dimensional technology supporting system, which involves technology, data and standards, for the construction and operation management of intelligent high-speed railway is constructed to study the underlying support technology and the internal mechanism of the technical system of the intelligent high-speed railway system. The results show that the intelligent high-speed railway construction and operation system management has obvious advantages in promoting the seamless connection of all phases in the horizontal full life cycle of the high-speed railway system, and the full-factor coordination of the vertical management interface, which provides the new theoretical and practical ideas for the standardized and efficient management of high-speed railway construction and operation in the new era. © 2021, Editorial Department of China Railway Science.
