摘要
Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method and space harmonic approach, a hybrid analysis model of the phase inductance of switched reluctance motor was proposed and configured on field programmable gate array (FPGA) platform for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HIL).The model took the overlapping of stator and rotor teeth as the judgment condition to solve the phase inductance in segments, and the continuous function of the phase inductor on the current and the rotor position was constructed by the Bezier approximation method.Based on the phase inductance model, the backward Euler and Newton-Raphson method were used to calculate the exciting current, while the Gaussian quadrature was used to compute the electromagnetic torque in the HIL simulation.Combined with the parallel and pipeline arithmetic processing method of FPGA platform, the model can show the real-time working state of the motor. And the HIL emulator was established.Compared with the simulation results of some commercial simulation software, it is proved that the proposed model has high computing precision in the real-time calculation. © 2019, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
