摘要
Research purposes: As a transportation system serving the central urban area and its surrounding areas, regional rapid rail transit can solve the problem of long commuting time between major economic zones within the urban area. The state has also issued a number of documents to support the construction of regional rapid rail transit, and many cities have incorporated it into their urban planning, or have carried out related engineering design and construction. But engineering speciality of regional rail transit across the region makes it different from other rail transit system planning and construction, in this paper, combining with the characteristics of regional rail project, the related problems that need special attention in the two major phases of project planning and construction are summarized and refined, so as to provide reference for domestic regional rail transit projects. Research conclusions: (1) In the planning stage, the regional rapid rail transit should pay attention to the conformity with the land use planning along the line, carry out the land use planning adjustment along the line in time, and do a good job in the planning of land use development, transportation connection facilities, municipal infrastructure and other aspects along the line. (2) In the construction stage of regional rapid rail transit, attention should be paid to the sorting out of important control factors along the line in advance, so as to avoid the situation of line change and project construction lag in the later stage. (3) Attention should be paid to relevant problems in advance during the planning and construction stage of domestic regional rapid rail transit lines to avoid the recurrence of the same problems. © 2020, Editorial Department of Journal of Railway Engineering Society.
