Evaluation of ecological river construction based on cloud model

With 30 indices selected from eight aspects, including water safety guarantee, water resources protection, water pollution prevention and control, water environment treatment, water ecological restoration, water culture construction, water engineering management and protection, and water system innovation, an ecological river construction evaluation index system was established. A cloud model was constructed to evaluate ecological river construction in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. Results show that the cloud model evaluation value of the ecological river construction is 89. 52, indicating that the ecological river construction is in good condition; the water resource protection subsystem has the lowest evaluation value, being at a medium level, while the evaluation values of the rest subsystems of primary indices are at relatively high levels, verifying the effectiveness and applicability of the cloud model in ecological river construction evaluation. © 2022, Editorial Board of Water Resources Protection.
