摘要
Poplar sawdust was washed and pretreated with deionized water. At different temperatures, the samples treated with 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 0.5 mol/L acetic acid were catalytically pyrolyzed in a vertical pyrolysis furnace to explore the effects of pretreatment and catalytic pyrolysis on the pyrolysis products. The results show that the oil production rate before pretreatment is 43.75%, and that after 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid treatment is 49.15%. The oil yield after 0.5 mol/L acetic acid treatment was 48.23%. After pretreatment, the acids, ketones, phenols and other substances in the pyrolysis oil were reduced, and the sugars (especially l-glucan) were significantly increased. In the process of catalytic pyrolysis, acid treated poplar sawdust produced more aromatic hydrocarbons and significantly reduced acids, ketones and other oxygen-containing compounds after adding ZSM-5 catalyst. In addition, the results can provide data support for the efficient utilization of biomass. © 2022, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. All right reserved.
