摘要
In order to improve the primary energy utilization rate of the co-generation system and reduce CO2 emissions, and vigorously develop clean and efficient energy conversion technology, a combined cooling, heating, and power system based on biomass gasification coupled with solid state fuel cell is proposed. The thermodynamic model is established. Structural parameters of the system under the design conditions are given. The key operating parameters are selected to analyze and evaluate the system’s thermodynamic performance and economic and environmental performance. The results show that under the design conditions, the system power generation efficiency, and exergy efficiency are 55.53%, and 51.84%, respectively; the CO2 emission rate, and primary energy saving rate are 0.4944kg/(kW‧h), and 42.7%. In the studied parameter range, increasing the biomass flow rate increases the system energy output significantly but reduces system performance. The economic and environmental benefits of the system become better when the air equivalent ratio is reduced and the steam biomass ratio is increased. The change of water to carbon ratio has a negative effect on the output voltage of the fuel cell, but has little effect on the system. The increase of fuel utilization rate has a positive impact on the comprehensive performance of the system, and the performance of the co-generation system is significantly affected by gasification parameters and fuel cell operating parameters. ©2023 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
