摘要
Vienna rectifier has a wide application and is suitable for aircrafts for its high efficiency and high power density. To meet the high reliability requirements in aviation applications, it is necessary to study the fault diagnosis and tolerant control of the Vienna rectifier. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of the input current when open-circuit fault occurs, a novel fault diagnosis method based on current changing rate at fixed phase angle was proposed. Corresponding fault tolerant control was also studied. Then the vectors of faults in the equivalent space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) were analyzed, and a novel fault tolerant control was realized by substituting and synthesizing the failed vectors. It can maintain three-level operation in most regions and uncontrolled rectifying operation in few regions. The simulation and experimental results proved the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. © 2020, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
