摘要
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are potential gene therapy platforms, yet their therapeutic use is hindered by low encapsulation efficiency and weak targeting specificity. A recent Nature Biomedical Engineering study reports the retrovirus-like EVs for efficient mRNA delivery the CNS, showing considerable promise for systematic, targeted, and efficient gene therapy.
