摘要
In this paper, a comprehensive risk assessment system of source, network and load is proposed.Based on the risk assessment system, the optimal wind and solar permeability of the risk is obtained. Then, based on the optimal permeability, an optimal rotating standby market transaction scale measurement method for provincial grid wind and solar power participation is proposed. The optimal transaction size measurement method proposed in this paper can improve market risk identification and assessment for power enterprises, provide a reference for new energy manufacturers to make decisions on installed capacity, and help new energy manufacturers rationally allocate related resources and production capacity.
