Optimal scheduling of electricity-gas-heat integrated energy system with coordination of flexibility and reliability

摘要
With the increase of penetration rate of renewable energy sources (RESs), the uncertainty of RESs has raised higher requirements for the flexibility and reliability of energy system. This paper proposes a flexibility and reliability coordinated optimization scheduling model of electricity-gas-heat integrated energy system (IES) to fully exploit the potential of coupling and complementary coordination among electricity, gas and heat energy. According to the interval of net load diversification, the expressions of the flexibility demand and flexibility resources of the multi-energy system are derived, in which the dynamic characteristics (DCs) model of natural gas pipelines and heat flow are established respectively. The evaluation indices of IES operating flexibility and reliability are derived respectively, and the coordination index between flexibility and reliability are defined. Based on the cost-benefit analysis method and equal-response risk method, an IES optimal scheduling model is established, which takes into account the coordination effect of operational flexibility and energy supply reliability. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, simulations are conducted on the modified IES 24-2016 system and IES 118-20-16 system. The results demonstrate that this approach effectively balances the flexibility, reliability and economy of the system. (c) 2017 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
