摘要
We constructed high frequency near-magnetic field measurement system composed of time-resolved magneto-optical effect measurements with femtosecond lasers and magnetic garnet thin films. The system can measure the magnetic field in an arbitrary phase of MSL because the laser pulses are synchronized with the signal generator. As a high frequency response of Faraday rotation of magnetic garnet thin film with in-plane isotropic easy axes was evaluated using microstrip line (MSL), the Faraday rotation angle of approximately 0.6 mdeg. even at 40 GHz was confirmed. In addition, we visualized the clear distribution in 300 x 100 mu m area near the center of the line for high-frequency near-magnetic field including phase information when signal at 40 GHz are applied to MSL.
