摘要
Automatic delivery robots are increasingly used in various business and daily life scenarios. The advancement of voice interaction technology allows users to engage with these robots naturally. User experience during this interaction is crucial for acceptance and satisfaction. This study aims to use electroencephalogram (EEG) technology to investigate users' cognitive states and emotional responses to different robot voices during the willingness to pay decision-making process. Participants in the experiment rated their willingness to pay based on their interaction with the robot's speech. The findings revealed a significant correlation between speech emotional intensity and willingness to pay. This correlation was supported by variations in EEG signals and there are significant differences in brain activation intensity across different levels of willingness to pay. Identifying this correlation between willingness to pay and EEG signals provides businesses with a novel approach to predict and influence consumer purchasing decisions. It also offers insights for voice design in delivery robots. By understanding the impact of emotional intensity on willingness to pay, businesses can customize robot voices to enhance user experience and increase customer satisfaction.
