Is the Problem of Evil a Psuedo Problem

One of the significant topics of disscussion between theist and atheist philosophers is the problem of evil. It would be unfair to disregard the intense efforts of theist-atheist philosophers in presenting the issue or producing solutions to it during this process. However, the occurrence of significant debates on an issue does not guarantee the reality of the problem or the correctness of the context in which it is discussed. This study is an inquiry into the foundations of the problem of evil as it has been understood in recent times. However, such inquiries are often criticized on the grounds that they overemphasize God's atttributes of will and power or transcendence. As a result. they are subject to various ciriticisms, such as overshadowing other significant attributes of God, like justice, or making it impossible to establish a closer connection between God and human beings. Therefore, in this study, this inquiry has been carried out by avoiding, as much as possible, emphasizing the transcendence of God. In this context, both the search for solutions to problem of evil and the problem itself are analyzed by following the relationship between logical consistency and necessity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there are serious problems in the justification of the problem of evil and it was concluded that the problem of evil is a psuedo problem.
