摘要
This article was oriented towards a socio-critical analysis of organizational studies in Latin America, from the socio-historical basis and the negative impact caused by Eurocentric colonialism. This as a starting point to re-signify the epistemic, conceptual, methodological and transformational value of the Anti-Management perspective and the strategic role of the Action-Participation Research model has. Therefore, the methodological design used with the Scoping Review technique. Based on the findings of the theoretical review, a polarization between two trends has been identified, the first focused on the classical, capitalist and functionalist analysis of the European and North American tradition, in contrast to the emerging trend that breaks the traditional paradigm with a historical, analytical and critical proposal, which seeks a comprehensive understanding of social reality and is the starting point for the formulation of a path of empowerment, innovation and permanent development of organizational processes.
