摘要
The 177 Lu-PSMA therapy of previously treated prostate carcinomas requires careful monitoring in order to be able to adjust or discontinue treatments if necessary. The quantitative evaluation of the total tumor volume (TTV) from the PSMA-PET/CT using segmentation software was very reliable. However, its clinical implementation is not expected any time soon. The alternative qualitative evaluation by nuclear medicine experts showed a high level of agreement with the automated procedure.
