Shoulder Instability for American Football Players

Shoulder injuries are common in contact sports such as American football. However, since most studies only look at the more serious injuries that result in players missing subsequent games, the true incidence of injury may be underestimated. The present study therefore focuses on the milder lesions of the shoulder joint that do not result in downtime.
