摘要
A simplified space vector modulation (SVM) is proposed in order to realize that the SVM algorithm can be applied in modular multilevel converters (MMC) with more than five levels. First, the alpha and beta axes of the tradition coordinates alpha beta are stretched so that the space vectors lie on integer grids. Second, the adjacent space vectors are used to construct a square with offside length 2. Next, the region in the square where the reference vector is located is quickly located. Then, a reference vector is synthesized using three space vectors of the region based on the principle of volt-second equilibrium. Finally, a three-phase MMC system simulation model is built using Matlab/Simulink, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through simulation comparison.
