With the development of electronic science and embedded technology, there are more and more application scenarios for embedded devices, and people's demand for intelligent embedded devices is increasing. In scenarios such as smart communities, smart buildings, and smart homes, access control systems are essential to ensure property security. However, traditional access control methods such as keys, password locks, and IC cards have problems such as inconvenience in carrying, loss, password leakage, demagnetization, and single functionality. In response to the above issues, an intelligent access control system based on embedded technology is designed in this article. The system is mainly controlled by ARM Coretex-A9 chip, consisting of ZigBee module, camera module, keyboard module, RFID module, and analog access control module. In this system, the lock can be unlocked through buttons, passwords, facial recognition, card swiping, remote instructions, and other methods. At the same time, a PC application program and a mobile APP for the intelligent access control management system are designed to facilitate user management and control of the access control system.
