Thyroid cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in females, with a continuously increasing incidence worldwide over the last few decades. 1 Mostly occurring in young to middle-aged females, concerns about appearance and quality of life (QOL) after surgery prompt exploration of operations with non-cervical approaches.
