摘要
Neuroendocrine adenomas of the middle ear are rare and histologically diverse entities. Despite their predominance in the bronchopulmonary and gastrointestinal system. These tumors can exhibit both neuroendocrine and glandular histological characteristics. This case report presents 39 y/o male initially presenting with hearing loss and otalgia. Diagnostic imaging and histopathological evaluation confirmed well-differentiated Grade 2 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor with metastatic involvement of the liver and temporal bone. Case discussed in tumor board to have monthly octreotide therapy. By addressing these cases, we can achieve a standardized diagnostic criterion and develop better therapeutic interventions for these rare conditions.
