摘要
We theoretically investigate the photoelectron angular distribution induced in argon atoms using an XUV+IR two-color scheme, comprising a Ti:sapphire laser pulse and its 13th harmonic. The photoelectron angular distributions (PADs) are computed by directly solving the three-dimensional time-dependent Schr & ouml;dinger equation (TDSE) within the single active electron approximation. Particular attention is devoted to analyzing the contributing continuum partial waves of the emitted photoelectrons to the formation of the photoelectron angular distribution. We found that the shapes of the obtained angular distributions for both harmonic and sideband peaks are consistent with the predictions of the generalized Fano rule for the absorption and emission of photons. Moreover, the structure of the energy spectrum of the ejected photoelectrons is presented and discussed where we can remark that the sideband SB+1 peak is slightly higher than the sideband peak SB-1.
