摘要
This study examines the impact of dipotassium hexachloroplatinate (K2PtCl6) on the structural, optical, optoelectronic, and electrical properties of polyethylene oxide (PEO) composite films. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the crystallinity of the PEO/K2PtCl6 composite films decreases from 49.1 % to 38.4 % with increasing K2PtCl6 concentrations, ranging from 0 to 5 wt%. These composite films exhibit high transmittance values (>89%) in the visible region. The optical bandgap energy decreases from 4.39 eV to 4.25 eV with an increase in K2PtCl6 concentration to 5 wt%. Electrical conductivity, determined using a 4-point probe, shows an increase from 4.72x10(-6) S/cm to 1.10x10(-3) S/cm as the K2PtCl6 concentration increases to 5 wt%. Additionally, the AC conductivity spectra sigma ' f of the PEO/K2PtCl6 composite films were analyzed, showing that the West expression effectively models the conductivity spectra. At 280 K, sigma(0) increases continuously from 9.83x10(-12) S/cm to 7.79x10(-9) S/cm as the K(2)PtCl(6 )concentration increases from 0 to 5 wt%.
