摘要
The proposed chapter focuses on the problem of digital maturity modeling in a supply chain from the wood-based industry. Digital transformation means changes in all parts of the supply chain by replacing traditional practices with new practices that are digitally based. As a result, it improves any organization's operational efficiency and decreases operational risk in the chain. Therefore, the paper addresses the problem of digital maturity modeling in a selected company operating in a wood-based supply chain. Indeed, the paper presents a short literature review on the defined research area. Later, the wood-based supply chain is characterized. Based on this, a digital maturity model for the case company is investigated. The conclusions and directions for further research are presented in the last section.
