摘要
The comprehensive treatment of industrial and mining wasteland is the only way to improve the benefits of industrial and mining wasteland and achieve sustainable development. A thorough and objective evaluation of the comprehensive renovation project for industrial and mining wasteland can provide a practical and reliable scientific basis for the overall renovation of industrial and mining wasteland. This study aimed to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to build an evaluation index system, determine the weight of each index, and establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the benefits before and after implementing the Shenmu Industrial and Mining Wasteland Comprehensive Renovation Project based on its actual characteristics. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the economic, social, ecological, and comprehensive benefits of Shenmu Industrial and Mining Wasteland. The score of economic benefit, social benefit, ecological benefit, and comprehensive benefit of the Shenmu Industrial and Mining Wasteland area was found to be 24.17, 22.57, 22.02, and 22.72 before the renovation and 88.93, 87.06, 91.27, and 89.82 after the renovation, respectively. The results showed that the economic, social, ecological, and comprehensive benefits of the Shenmu Industrial and Mining Wasteland area significantly improved after comprehensive treatment.
