Simulation analysis of steam drum water level system based on fuzzy PID control

摘要
This paper studies the application of fuzzy PID control in steam drum water level control. Firstly, it expounds the principle and method of fuzzy PID control, as well as its advantages and significance in water level control. Then, it analyzes the dynamic characteristics and control difficulties of the water level system, and establishes the dynamic model of the water level system. Next, it designs the structure and parameters of the fuzzy PID controller, and determines the specific algorithms for fuzzification, defuzzification and PID parameter correction. Finally, it conducts simulation experiments using MATLAB/Simulink, and compares with the traditional PID controller, verifying the effectiveness and superiority of the fuzzy PID controller. The innovation of this paper lies in the adaptive adjustment of the PID controller based on fuzzy logic, which can effectively solve the problems of nonlinearity, time-varying and uncertainty of the water level system, and improve the accuracy and stability of the water level control. This paper's research has important significance for improving the safety and efficiency of boilers, and promoting the development and application of fuzzy control technology.
