A look at inclusion measures and support practices for social work trainees with socio-pedagogical needs

摘要
Faced with the increase in emerging populations with disabilities in Quebec universities, an exploratory qualitative study was carried out with those involved in social work internships at University of Quebec in Abitibi-Temiscamingue. The results of this study serve as a basis for critical reflection on the renewal of institutional practices in the support and inclusion of social work trainees with socio-pedagogical needs. The authors of this article question and examine the balance to be found between the self-determination of trainees with socio-pedagogical needs and the challenge of knowing how to support them in educational institutions to promote an educational environment accessible to all.
