摘要
Partial discharge test of transformer is one of the most important detection items in the factory test of transformer, which is related to whether the transformer can operate safely and stably. This article will analyze a case of partial discharge exceeding the standard in a 220kV transformer. Based on the joint detection technology of ultrasonic partial discharge and ultra high frequency partial discharge, the defect location will be found. And the structure of the transformer will be researched to identify the cause of the defect. The diagnosis and treatment will be successfully completed. Finally, the conclusion will be verified through finite element analysis. This provides reliable guidance for partial discharge detection and rectification measures in transformers' production and operation.
