Performance Analysis of Different MANET Routing Protocols

摘要
Routing technique is one of the core model for the communication process in wireless sensor network and IoT environment. In the past literature dozens of routing algorithms have been proposed by several researchers. But out of all the proposed few are in use and standardised. In this work we have presented a critical short review by considering some of the well known routing protocols. The considered routing algorithms such as DSR, AODV, DSDV, and OSLR have been executed against MANET network in ns-3 simulator. The performances of algorithms have been analysed by considering few explicit parameters like throughput, delay, packet loss ratio and SNR. The outcome shows the OSLR algorithm outperforms than the rest three.
