摘要
For the treatment of pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), there is a need for biomarkers for a more accurate prediction of obstetric complications. The usefulness of serum complement levels for monitoring disease activity is known, but the actual consideration of C3 and C4 levels is still limited and controversial. Crisafulli et al. analyzed the fluctuations in complement levels in SLE pregnancies.
