摘要
This paper presents a novel design approach implemented in the rib geometry of a permanent magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance machine (PMA SynRM) to enhance the structural integrity of the rotor core. Both mechanical and electromagnetic aspects were considered to balance performance trade-offs. Rotor stress was evaluated using von Mises stress through finite element analysis. Simulation results substantiate the applicability of the proposed technique in mitigating the stress concentration effect in the rotor core. This enables seamless highspeed operation without compromising the output torque.
