摘要
Examined the effectiveness of carbide high temperature hardening in quasi-binary alloys based on niobium and molybdenum. Mechanical tests conducted in the temperature range 300 ... 2500 K. We define the onset of recrystallization temperature and the nature of strain hardening. Maximum realization of high strength whiskers carbide observed in singlecrystal composition with a regular structure stable up to 0.85 T-m.
