摘要
The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) to enhance child welfare services provides innovative tools and support for child welfare workers to manage caseloads effectively. This study used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand case managers' experiences with the CaseAIM mobile app, a tool that supports workload efficiency through documentation, case access, support, and transportation. Thematic analysis of interviews (n=11) revealed four domains of experiences with CaseAIM: time management, increased engagement with children and families, improved case management support, and challenges. Findings yield implications for agencies introducing new technologies into their workforce.
