摘要
In addition to compensation for property damage, compensation for damage to health can also be claimed from the state. If health is damaged by an illegal decision or improper procedure by state authorities, monetary compensation can be sought, but must be legally requested in court. This article deals with the current legal regulation of compensation for health damage in connection with the discase COVID-19 from the point of view of state responsibility, specifically the Slovak Republic and compares the situation with state legal regulation in the Czech Republic.
