摘要
The aim of this article is to present a way of reframing a virtual learning environment (VLE) to encourage greater interaction and collaboration between students in the teaching-learning process. The field of research used was an educational institution located in the state of Rio de Janeiro, with the target audience being students enrolled in high school technical courses in the distance education modality. By using tools such as the empathy map and carrying out exploratory research, it was possible to identify the framework of essential resources to provide a more interactive learning space that promotes collaboration and serves as a bridge or shortcut between students and knowledge.
