摘要
FASPAS (Fatigue Aware Semantics for Planning and Scheduling in the KITT4SME) addresses the challenge of scaling number of incoming orders in a discrete manufacturing operation by automatic generation of plans that optimally assign tasks, operations, employees and resources required to produce potentially large number of heterogeneous products ordered. However, most of the existing solutions in area of manufacturing-related planning do not consider one quite relevant factor - fatigue of employees. Our goal is to integrate fatigue among other physiological factors in order to generate manufacturing plans that will make manufacturing more efficient in many ways, leading not only to higher production throughput, but making the activities more convenient for the workers themselves. The proposed solution leverages semanticsbased data integration methodology of physiological data collected by wearable sensors networks with more structured ERP data enabling to perform planning which takes into account fatigue as one of the optimization factors. The proposed methodology is evaluated in realistic scenario executed within the manufacturing area. According to the results, the proposed low-code approach to development of IoT-enabled enterprise applications reduces the required efforts for their creation, while the implemented scenario involving fatigue-aware work activities scheduling proves increase in employee satisfaction.
