摘要
The majority of physicians in the past, including child neurologists, were men. Approximately half of incoming medical students are now women; since 2007, the majority of child neurology trainees have been women.(1) Although most awards and leadership positions in child neurology would have gone to men in decades past, one might expect that women should now be recognized in proportion to their presence in the field. This, unfortunately, is not true.
