摘要：
In recent years, Catalan lawmakers have started the process of rethinking the police model in Catalonia several times. The reshaping of any police system involves modifying the coordination of local police forces. In this paper, state and regional legal frameworks and constitutional jurisprudence are analysed in order to define Catalan jurisdiction over the coordination of local police forces, what their regulatory limits are, and their relationship with the organisation of local police.
