摘要
A new sand fly species, Trichophoromyia jariensis n. sp. Cavalcante, Rodrigues, & Galati, from the state of Amap & aacute;, Brazil, is described based on both male and female morphology and cytochrome c oxidase subunit I DNA barcodes. The DNA barcoding analysis clearly associated males and females of this new species.
