摘要
This paper proposes a framework that pro-vides an analytical tool to identify key managerial ele-ments and concerns that can improve corporate social in-novation (CSI) in organizational culture. It combines a systematic review of the literature and focus group me-thodologies. The main contribution is the development of a framework composed of analytical categories based on the influence of seven factors and fifteen elements iden-tified from a systematic review of the literature. This article underlines the significant contribution that some factors may play in enabling the role of CSI in organizational cul-ture. This type of research is necessary given the scarcity of proposals in general, and the lack of a specific integra-tive framework in the field of organizational culture.
