The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has caused various problems, and the world's economic conditions are uncertain. Leaders who can foster innovation among their employees are needed in this situation. This study empirically analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership, trust, knowledge sharing, and innovative behavior. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of 256 respondents was sourced from 128 creative industries in Bandung, Indonesia. Test the model using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that trust and knowledge-sharing values have a significant influence on innovative behavior. They are also the factors that mediate the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative behavior. Other findings role leaders' creating innovative behavior culture in management practices. The mutual trust between leaders, coworkers, and subordinates needs nurturing to improve cohesiveness. Also, openness and mutual learning can be developed to enhance their capabilities. In other words, interaction and self-control are crucial between leaders and employees to carry out a sustainable learning process to achieve a goal.
