摘要：
Being overweight in childhood increases the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease in adulthood. However, the effects of being thin in childhood on obesity and disease risk in adults have been neglected. Based on data from the UK Biobank, the influence of changes in body size during development on the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease in adulthood was investigated.
