摘要
The field of rolling stock has changed significantly with innovative steps. Along with this, the style of work in designing of rolling stock has also changed. Compared to the past, the range of knowledge, experience and expertise required to handle vehicle design is much wider and more diverse, the industry needs skilled engineers with wide technical backgrounds. Motivating young people to study technical fields and fulfilling them with high-quality and productive teaching is a really important topic for education, industry and the operation of rolling stock.
