摘要
Hybrid thin-film lithium niobate Mach-Zehnder electro-optic modulators can be incorporated within silicon and silicon nitride photonic circuits for improved performance in both classical and quantum photonics, and provide high-performance electro-optic modulation capability over extended wavelengths.
